Creamy Corn and Pepper Salad

  • 3 cans Whole Kernel Corn
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp Cumin
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • ½ small Red Onion
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro


  1. Drain the corn and add to large mixing bowl.

  2. Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, cumin, and the lime juice.

  3. Chop the peppers, onion, and cilantro. Add to bowl, along with salsa. Stir gently.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
