Catalina Coupon

Catalinas are coupons that print upon checkout.  These coupons are triggered by purchases that you make and can be very high value coupons, similar to Register Rewards at Walgreens.  The requirements for these are not always clearly stated in the store or ad, but I always receive a ‘preview’ Catalina before the deal is active.

  • Catalinas often state ‘Save $x.xx OYNO (on your next order).  This means that you can use them on whatever you want!
  • Catalinas are a little different than Register Rewards because you can roll them into each other.  If you purchase fruit snacks and receive a Catalina, you can use it to buy more fruit snacks and another Catalina will generate.
  • Many times, items that Catalinas are printing for have other coupons available.  If you use a coupon on these items, you will still receive that Catalina.
  • You will receive a different value Catalina for purchasing different quantities of the product.  Always decide which is the best value and ring up your transactions separately to maximize your rewards.  Most Catalinas will only print one per transaction, so multiple transactions are necessary. Never purchase more items than the Catalina lists.  If a Catalina states, ‘Buy 1, get $1; buy 2, get $2.50; buy 3, get $5?, don’t purchase more than 3, because $5 is the maximum reward you will receive.
  • These catalinas may be valid in stores other than the Kroger family.

If you have a Catalina that doesn’t print for any reason, you can call the Catalina Marketing Company at 1888-8Coupons.
